• To become eligible, you must become a registered member of the everythinginstinct forums and make at least 1 quality post between now and July 31st, 2008. Existing members do not need to re-register, but simply meet make a post during this timeframe. More posts do not enhance your chances of winning.Posts will be monitored and deleted if they do not meet our standards.
• Posts cannot contain links to competing sites.
• One entry per IP address and user. Multiple entries will result in your immediate disqualification. This is tracked and recorded.
• Winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries.
• everythinginstinct is not responsible for taxes, shipping costs, wireless service or contracts. If a wireless contract is required, it is not the responsibility of everythinginstinct.com, but the winner of the giveaway.

• HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit our Instinct forums on the World Wide Web at www.everythinginstinct.com/forum and sign up for the Forums and make a minimum of one post prior July 31st, 2008. If you are an existing member of the forums, you must have a minimum of one post between June 25th and July 31st. Additional posts do not increase your chances of winning. IP addresses are tracked. Contestants who enter multiple entries using the same IP address will be disqualified. everythinginstinct is not responsible for their failure to receive entries due to transmission failures, technical malfunctions and/or other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
• ELIGIBILITY: You must be eighteen or over to enter and win.
• LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: By entering this Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release the Sponsors and Administrators, and their employees, officers, agents and directors (the Sponsors and Administrators, and such others, collectively, the Released Parties), from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing and/or use or acceptance of any prize.
• GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Giveaway is void where prohibited. • Winners will be notified by e-mail. If a winner does not respond and meet the below requirements within one (1) business day of attempted contact, everythingiCafe reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from the names of all entries that did not win a prize. In order to receive a prize, winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a publicity release, and may also be required to provide additional information (which may include, but not be limited to, social security or other tax information), waivers and releases. Winners will have one day to provide all such information and to execute and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and publicity release (if required by everythinginstinct).
